We are looking for a highly organized individual who excels at multi tasking and is an assertive and clear communicator.
This is a high volume project manager position for our deck building department. No industry knowledge is necessary. We are looking for a pure project manager who can handle pressure and keep things moving.
This position communicates with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and office staff. This position also handles putting together and coordinating permits, job materials, and scheduling subcontractors. Most importantly, this position communicates with our customers and keeps them updated and informed on the progress of their project. There is an ebb and flow in the amount of volume of work that we do based on the seasons. We are busiest during the warm season and we slow down a bit during the cold season.
We are essentially a start-up. We are a small group of entrepreneurial spirited individuals who like to work hard and have fun around the office in a balanced way. We have systems and processes in place and we work with a CRM called: Job Nimbus. That being said, there is still a lot of room for creativity and for someone to come in and further develop this role and put their signature on it.
We hope to have more benefits in the future. To compensate for a lack of benefits we offer five paid holidays throughout the year, ten days of PTO, and two weeks of paid holiday over Christmas and the New Year.
