Do you offer free inspections and estimates?

Yes we offer free inspections and estimates.

How long does the process take before you can work on my home?

It depends on the time of year and availability of the products chosen during the sales process. Once all of the details of your job are decided, we put your project in the queue. While there is no exact answer for this, we will keep you updated every step of the way so you know when your project will begin.

Will financing delay my project?

Applying for financing early in the process can help everything move along smoothly, so it’s ready when a down payment is needed. If you prefer to wait until your final estimate is complete, that’s perfectly fine too—just keep in mind it may add a couple of days while the financing is finalized. Either way, our team will guide you through the timing and help keep your project on track.

What warranties can I expect?

At Voyager we offer a 10 year workmanship warranty. We are a James Hardie Preferred Contractor, Timber Tech Platinum Pro Contractor, TrexPro Platinum Contractor, Westbury Certified Master Pro, Certified GAF Contractor. These certifications unlock better manufacturers warranty's and allow us to have a longer installers warranty. We are always working for better certifications so that our work is current with local building codes and can reliably pass inspection.
