How do I know I need new siding?

Homeowners often replace siding when they see cracking, warping, loose panels, rot, moisture damage, or fading that can’t be fixed with cleaning or paint. Interior signs like drafts, higher energy bills, or water stains can also mean the siding is no longer protecting your home. Many choose James Hardie fiber cement siding because it performs well in all climates, offers durable, low-maintenance protection, helps reduce exterior noise, boosts curb appeal, and increases long-term home value.

How long should my custom deck last?

Trex® decks can last up to 30 years with little maintenance. Cedar will last 15 years or so in good condition, and pressure treated will last 10+ years before needing to be re-stained or painted.

How much does a new custom deck cost?

A basic Trex decks with stairs starts around $20,000

How quickly can I get approved for financing?

It takes about 24-72 hours or 1-3 business days to get approved after going through the complete application for financing. We work closely with Service Finance and make sure your approval process is a smooth as possible. We can not guarantee approval, but we make sure the homeowners we serve understand and utilize their options.

What are the benefits of a composite deck vs. real wood?

Composite decking, like TimberTech or Trex, is built to last with minimal maintenance, resisting moisture, fading, rot, and splintering with simple cleaning. Wood decking offers a classic, natural look and a lower upfront cost but requires regular upkeep. Some homeowners choose wood for its traditional feel and ability to refinish, while others prefer composite decking for its long-term durability, low maintenance, and reliable outdoor performance.
